Northeast Phoenix adjoins Scottsdale, Carefree and Cave Creek to the east, Anthem to the north, and Paradise Valley to the south. Residents here have easy access to the nearby 101 and the 51 and I-17 expressways. The community is growing rapidly as people relocate to The Valley of the Sun to take advantage of the ideal weather and great amenities.

Fans of horse racing will want to visit the Turf Paradise Racetrack and for around the clock gaming, the nearby Fort McDowell Casino, Casino Arizona at Talking Stick, and Casino Arizona at Salt River are the places to be. For outdoor recreation, the easily accessible McDowell Mountain Range, Lake Pleasant, Bartlett Lake and the Tonto National Forest offer hiking, mountain biking, boating and horseback riding. City parks in Northeast Phoenix provide ball fields, tennis courts, swimming pools, playgrounds and picnic areas.
